  3. There, you can view available dates and times in real time.

  4. Fill in your contact information, your pet’s details, and the reason for the visit (e.g., wellness exam, vaccinations, minor illness, or euthanasia).

Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and send a confirmation email or text message to finalize your booking.

🌈 How Do I Know It’s Time to Say Goodbye?

At VetReach Mobile Veterinary Services, we understand that deciding when to say goodbye is one of the most emotional choices a pet parent will ever face.
Our goal is to help you make this decision based on compassion and your pet’s quality of life (QOL).

🐾 Quality of Life Assessment

We use the Quality of Life Scale(HHHHHMM) developed by Dr. Alice Villalobos, a respected veterinary oncologist, and referenced by the Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
This scale helps evaluate your pet’s comfort and happiness by scoring key areas such as:

  • Hurt (pain level and response to treatment)

  • Hunger (appetite and interest in food)

  • Hydration (ability to maintain adequate hydration)

  • Hygiene (cleanliness, mobility, and self-grooming)

  • Happiness (enjoyment of life, interaction, tail wagging, purring)

  • Mobility (ability to move around, go outside, or use the litter box)

  • More Good Days Than Bad (overall well-being trend)           Total-> 35 points represents acceptable quality of life.<35 points May indicate the pets comfort is significatly compromised- consider discussing palliative or euthansia options.This tool helps determine whether your pet is still enjoying daily activities or may be experiencing more discomfort than joy.

                                                        We recently said goodbye to our beloved Tucker, and we couldn't have asked for a more compassionate experience. Dr. Singh and his assistant came to our home and handled everything with such incredible care and kindness. They took the time to walk us through every step, never once making us feel rushed, and gave us all the space we needed to be present with Tucker during his final moments.

Having Tucker at home — in the place he loved most — made all the difference. And being able to have our other dog, Bentley, there with us meant the world. There's something so peaceful about knowing Tucker was surrounded by everything familiar and everyone who loved him.

I can't imagine doing it any other way. If you're facing this heartbreaking decision, I can't recommend Dr. Singh enough. He treated Tucker — and our whole family — with so much dignity and grace.
